Easy Appetizer | Strawberry Brie Bruschetta

Ingredients

  • baguette sliced at least 1/2" thick
  • olive oil
  • strawberries
  • sugar
  • brie room temperature
  • fresh basil chopped

Instructions

  1. Place baguette on a cookie sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Bake 8 minutes or put on the grill.
  2. Puree {or chop fine} your strawberries and add a little sugar. About 1 tablespoon for every 4 strawberries.
  3. Remove and top warm toasts with puree, freshly sliced brie and basil.
