Sweet Cream Cheese Spread

It turns out Oreos and cream cheese go together like peanut butter and jelly and it’s addictive. Cookies and Cream Cheese Spread is like a slice of cookies and cream cheesecake, without the effort. It’s a bonus that you get to slather it on your favorite sides making it an easy to serve appetizer or dessert for casual gatherings where everyone gathers around – to devour it! Team effort.

An Easy Oreo Dessert Spread

I’m not a huge fan of Oreo cookies, but I do love cookies and cream. It’s a balanced mix of the two flavors that I’ve even infused into bread. They are always a crowd favorite, so using as part of a delicious sweet spread that’s perfect for entertaining. Serve them up with a platter of goodies to spread and you are on to a winner!

Oreos have their place – and often that’s as a crust to my Peanut Butter Cheesecake.

Can You Make Cookies and Cream Cheese Spread Ahead of Time?

You can make this dish a few hours ahead of time and keep it in the fridge, but be sure to let it come to room temperature before serving so its soft and scoop-able! You can easily prepare a platter of accoutrements ahead of time and keep covered.

The beauty of this dish is that it’s so quick and easy to make, so you can easily make it when your guests are there and serve straight away.
