Easy Cherry Baked Brie Recipe
Is it me, or is spring always inspiring? It inspires me to gather friends, relax and celebrate the simple things in life. I’m not sure which I look forward to more in spring, the beautiful blooms of peonies or the first bite of fresh cherries.
I partnered with Glade who captured the essence of spring in their Blooming Peony and Cherry fragrance to share a few fresh entertaining ideas, including this balsamic cherry baked brie!
Effortless Brie Appetizer
Balsamic cherry baked brie is beautiful and ridiculously easy to make. It’s a great hors d’oeuvres for effortless entertaining!
Just 10 minutes of prep is all you need before popping this amazing dish in the oven. In a matter of minutes, your whole house will be filled with the scent of the cheesy puff pastry goodness. No matter how good it smells, no peeking!
Helpful Hints for Making A Baked Brie Recipe
You can make this recipe with drained and rinsed maraschino cherries or even better, fresh cherries! maraschino cherries have a taste of their own, and sometimes I just crave that distinct taste.
Although whenever fresh cherries are in season I try to use those as much as possible. They give the whole dish a more homemade taste.
If you’re feeling really adventurous try a different fruit on top for a completely new flavor.
Elegant Floral Arrangements
I paired my grandmother’s floral patterned china with a little simple flower arrangement at each place setting.
Great Outdoor Centerpiece
For outdoor entertaining, I use a tray to make both set up and clean up a breeze. It also eliminates the need for an actual centerpiece when paired with blooms at each place setting. A clean linen candle adds to the decor.
What to Pair With A Baked Brie Recipe
In addition to this fabulous brie, I also served a naked cherries and cream cake. It’s perfectly light for a beautiful spring day! It was a cherries galore kind of day, and everyone loved it!
To break up all the cherry flavors make sure you try serving up these champagne slushies in between. They’re refreshing yet sophisticated and perfect for a night outside.

Your dishes look like my mother’s very first dishes. Can you please give the name of the dishes and it they were purchased online? Several of mine were broken in our move and I would love to find a few pieces. Of course maybe yours were inherited as well. Thanks for your answer!
They were inherited as well – they say Hand painted Meito China
