  • Sweetened Condensed Milk – Sweetened condensed milk is my favorite sweetener for no churn ice cream.
  • Cream Cheese – Cream cheese adds rich, creamy flavor with a hint of tang, while balancing the sweetness. Bring to room temperature for the best consistency. In a rush? learn how to soften cream cheese quickly. Full fat is preferred for best results, but you can substitute light cream cheese.
  • Vanilla – Pure vanilla extract (or vanilla bean) adds a touch of flavor.

    What a delightful desert. I made a Oreo cookie crust and opted the the cream cheese ice cream into a spring form pan and served like a ice cream cake. I made a raspberry and a blueberry sauce so the other dinner gets could put their favourite on themselves. Or use none as one did. The cream cheese ice cream a real hit. This recipe will be a regular for me to make in the future.
