I was not only skeptical about taste, but appearance. I wanted a Mexican bean dip that can be taken to get togethers, like Cinco de Mayo, but not only does it have to taste amazing, but be presentable as well. Problem solved.

How to Make Cream Cheese Bean Dip:

  • combine softened cream cheese with Frito’s Bean Dip {plain or with jalapeño, my favorite}
  • fold in fresh green onion
  • top with freshly shredded monterrey jack – freshly shredded cheese is much creamier and therefore melts better
