- Smoked Paprika – I love the added flavor of smoked paprika, but you can use regular paprika if you prefer.
- Salt – Eliminate the salt if you’d rather add a little salted butter or a crack of sea salt to your steak as you cook!

- Make it Low Carb or Keto – Omit the brown sugar if you’re keeping things low carb or keto.
- Make it Low Sodium – Simply eliminate salt.

How much olive oil do you add to make this seasoning into a marinade??

Apologies that we missed your message somehow! I would suggest 2 tablespoons of seasoning per cup of olive oil. 1/4 of something acidic is always good in a marinade too- lemon juice would be great! I’ll add this to the post, thanks for asking such a valuable question!
