- Flour and Baking Powder
- Spices: nutmeg and cinnamon
- Cream Cheese
- Butter
- Sugar and Powdered Sugar (also known as confectioner’s sugar)
- Bourbon
- Eggs
How To Make Eggnog Cookies
- Combine flour, baking powder, nutmeg and cinnamon. Set aside.
- Beat cream cheese, butter, sugar, bourbon, and salt until fluffy and smooth.
- Add egg and yolk until light in color.
- Add flour mixture.
- Refrigerate 3+ hours / overnight.
- Preheat oven to 325℉.
- Using a cookie scoop, scoop balls and roll in powdered sugar. Place on parchment lined baking sheet. Dust with cinnamon.
- Bake 13 minutes.
