Berries with Mascarpone Cream

When having a dinner party, I often like to make a simple recipe in advance. That’s just one of the reason why berries and mascarpone cream is one of my summer go to desserts. It’s quick, easy, seasonal, and light.

It’s not quite as light and fluffy if you make it ahead, but tastes just as delightful.
8 ounces mascarpone {tub}
1/2 c heavy cream
1/2 c powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
In a large mixing bowl, whip mascarpone. Add remaining ingredients, whisking them together, gradually increasing speed until thick and smooth. Just add berries and enjoy!
