DIY Trick or Treat Bag

I was looking for an inexpensive, but still pretty trick or treat bag for Adalyn.  They were all overly themed for me, which is why I decided to convert a traditional jack o lantern bucket into something a bit more sweet. I easily converted a not-so-pretty bucket into a pretty DIY trick or treat bag. Here’s how…
DIY trick or treat bag
The original:
Treat Bucket $1
Spray Paint {I happened to have on hand}
Newspaper or Kraft Paper Roll
Ribbon or Twine
Cut the plastic handle to remove.  Spray paint the top of the inside of the pumpkin first.  Then, evenly paint the pumpkin from approximately 12″ away.  Allow to dry {5-10 minutes}.  Feed your ribbon or twine through the handle holes, knot and cut at desired length.
This last minute project inspired by Eddie Ross, cost just $1 and took only 10 minutes!
