I don’t think baked brie should be limited to the holidays. There’s just something amazing that happens to brie when it’s melted to it’s buttery goodness. This version of baked brie and preserves in bite-sized form feels a little more spring & is just as easy! While I make this often when entertaining, we also snack on these for casual evenings at home.

Brie and Preserves Appetizer
Ingredients
- 1 package phyllo shells
- 1/4 brie wheel
- your favorite preserves
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place phyllo shells on a cookie sheet & fill with brie.
- Bake 8 minutes, remove & immediately top with your favorite preserves.
My favorite combination is with apricot preserves! You have to try it – after all, it just takes 5 minutes!
This looks absolutely lovely and oh so simple. I love the little phyllo shells idea rather than just having the preserves over the cheese wheel. Can’t wait to try.
Thanks, Nicole! They add the perfect crunch!
These look amazing and so simple! Definitely going to make these for my next gathering!
