Preheat oven according to package directions. (350F for mini phyllo cups and 400-425F for puff pastry is standard.)
Prep – Slice and cube brie.
Fill – Fill shells with sliced fruit, jams, jellies, nuts and of course, brie.
Bake – 8-10 minutes for the mini shells and 20 minutes for the puff pastry.

Choose any toppings you'd like! Use your favorite fruits, berries, jellies and jams, and top with nuts and a drizzle of honey or balsamic.
You can leave the brie rind on if you'd like, but this cheese melts better when cubed if it's removed in this recipe!
These appetizers only take a few minutes to bake, so keep an eye on them to make sure they don’t over cook.
As soon as they come out of the oven, top them with any additional toppings and serve immediately so that the cheese is melted.
If you like, you can place the cheese in the shells ahead of time and keep them covered at room temperature, then just pop them into a pre-heated oven when you are ready to serve them.
