My Favorite Christmas Gifts

Christmas gifts - a gift guide of my favorite things

My favorite Christmas gifts lists also happens to be my favorite things that I already own and love. Sure, I could share my wish list with you {and eh um, Chris}, but I wouldn’t be able to speak to the quality and function. So, this year, I decided to share a few of my favorite things to create the ultimate holiday gift guide. There’s just one exception – the door knocker, but door knockers are one of my favorite gifts to give, especially to newlyweds.

If you’re new to my site, you should know a few things – I’m simple, minimal, traditional, love a great classic and neutrals. Let’s get started, shall we?

timeless and beautiful christmas gift ideas

This weekend bag travels with me to the lake cottage and on short trips. The leather detail is classic and beautiful and can be monogrammed.

This leather envelope keeps my receipts and my sanity. It seems someone comments on it nearly every time I pull it out my purse and it comes with complimentary personalization.

I’ve been stomping around in both rain and snow in my navy Hunter boots for 5 years now and they still don’t show signs of wear. They’re just as pretty sitting in the mudroom waiting for a rainy day.

I finally purchased this parka to keep me cozy on chilly days and receive so many compliments. Who would have thought I’d look forward to cold weather? There are a lot of little details like an interior cinch to accent your waistline, removable faux fur and thumb holes.

I wear this sweatshirt every chance I get, and purchased it in 3 colors {oops}! It’s so soft and pairs perfect with skirts, jeans and yoga pants.

If I’m at home, you’ll find me under the softest throw. It’s been in our living room, porch, patio and bedroom. We like it so much, we purchased it in blanket size for the lake cottage master.

Is it wrong that I have more umbrella holders than I do umbrellas? If it’s wrong, I don’t want to be right. This umbrella stand will make a great gift for the basket lover in your life.

Isn’t this door knocker darling? It’s the perfect gift for new homeowners and newlyweds alike.

Gardener or not, they’re sure to love this easy-to-care for olive tree. I’ve kept ours alive for well over two years now, which is pretty much a record.

My favorite terracotta pot is now available at Target, making it really accessible. Bonus points for gifting it with paperwhite bulbs.

This pretty cachepot is versatile for entertaining – fill it with beautiful blooms, succulents, grasses or even napkins and silverware for a memorable, but effortless centerpiece.

I have a lot of homemade gift ideas, but these framed recipes are still one of my favorites.

For the college student, new mom, or anyone who likes to go a day or two between shampoos, I highly recommend Shampure Dry Shampoo. I’ve tried several and it’s the first one I have used that easily dispenses, smells great and doesn’t change the texture of my hair.

Finally, if you don’t have a Clarisonic Mini Mia yet, add it to your wish list. Each time I use it, my face feels like I just left the spa. It provides a deep cleanse, exfoliates and at least makes me think it reduces aging.

I partnered with my friends at Ballard Designs to provide one lucky reader a gift card to do a little gift giving of your own! You can enter below and see my other current giveaways here and my kitchen essentials gift guide here.
