Amazing Healthy Peanut Butter Cookies. These Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies are as good or better than classic peanut butter cookies! You'll love these easy, low calorie cookies that are gluten free!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine sugar, peanut butter & egg. Add salt, vanilla & baking soda.
  3. Roll into balls & bake 11 minutes.

Recipe Notes

Take them over the top by adding a crack of sea salt just after you pull them from the oven. Best served warm, but can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week.

Reheat them 10 seconds in the microwave for a soft, chewy cookie!
