    mango margaritas

It’s hard to believe that Cinco de Mayo is just around the corner when it feels like February, but I’m ready to celebrate with aaaall the tacos and margaritas.

When summer comes around, margaritas are my cocktail of choice. You’ll often find us enjoying one on the dock with neighbors who favor mango. It’s a fun and fresh way to mix up this skinny margarita recipe.

The best thing is, you don’t need an expensive mango margarita mix, just a few fresh ingredients and a couple minutes. They’re quick and easy to mix up for a last minute get together or a cocktail at home.

Mango Margaritas are also a great cocktail to celebrate Cinco de Mayo with a side of tacos.

What kind of tequila to use in a Mango Margarita?

Any will “do”, but the better the tequila, the better the flavor. I love using Patron Silver, Camerena Reposado, Camerena Silver or Altos.
