White Christmas Cookies | White Chocolate Sugar Cookies
I’m dreaming of a white Christmas, but I don’t want to see an ounce of snow until then – unless it comes in the form of pretty little sugar crystals on the top of white chocolate sugar cookies.
Sometimes you need something a little dreamy. That’s exactly how I’m feeling amidst the election, an abundance of work and a not so pretty week.
We all have an affinity for cookies in this house, but the girls’ favorite cookies are sugar cookies. They love my bakery sugar cookies, melt-in-your-mouth sugar cookies and sugar cookie cake, so I decided to take the best of both worlds and wrap it into one beautiful, thick and delectable cookie.
And yes, I have a tree in my living room – next to a fireplace filled with pumpkins. It’s the nature of my work and I’m toggling back and forth as I embrace the changing leaves, crisp fall days and the gentle breeze and preparing for holiday work.
