Strawberry Salsa is simple and versatile. Serve with chocolate chips, tortilla chips, cinnamon chips, on Waffle Tacos, crepes and so much more! Dip into to this sweet surprise that takes very little time.
The girls love sweet treats and I love working together in the kitchen. It’s a great opportunity to talk about what is in our food. So many recipes require just a few ingredients and this is no exception. We love snacking on Strawberry Salsa and serving it for a light dessert. I have even used leftovers in homemade crepes and added jalapeño to top Chorizo Tacos in lieu of our usual pineapple salsa.
Notes from My Test Kitchen
Ani and I tested this recipe dicing the strawberries into various sizes for each batch. For juicier salsa, I recommend chopping into small pieces. For firm texture and less juice, chop strawberries into larger chunks (similar to the consistency of pico de gallo).
