When it comes to super simple party snacks, Birthday Cake Popcorn is one of my go-to’s! It comes together in just a few minutes and impresses even the pickiest guests.
Whether I’m throwing a birthday party, a Halloween get-together, tailgating before the big game, or putting together Christmas treats, this four-ingredient popcorn is always a hit.
The best part about this popcorn recipe? It is so versatile! You can use this method and customize it for any occasion. Use team color sprinkles for game day, red, green, and gold for Christmas, or red and pink for Valentine’s Day.
This cake popcorn is the perfect mix of crunchy, creamy, and sweet, and the sprinkles make it feel extra festive. I love to bag it up as party favors or put it out in bowls for my guests to help themselves. This easy, no-bake recipe adds a playful touch to any celebration.
Birthday Cake Popcorn Recipe Ingredients
- Popcorn – This treat starts with freshly popped popcorn. You can use your favorite method – microwave, stove top, or air-popped – just make sure that is is plain.
- Vanilla Almond Bark – Some recipes use white chocolate, but I prefer the smooth texture of almond bark.
- Cake Mix – For this recipe, I think dry vanilla cake mix works best, but you can substitute Funfetti, but the sprinkles included may bleed.
- Sprinkles – Customize your sprinkles for any occasion! Use red, white, and blue for the Fourth of July or pretty pastels for Easter.
