Tips

  • Make a Pitcher – Use the sliding bar for servings in the printable recipe card to automatically multiply each ingredient!
  • Quality Prosecco shines here, but don’t go overboard. Much of the nuance of bubbly bottles is lost to the fresh juice!
  • Any Type of Bubbles – Choose your favorite! Champagne is French and Prosecco is Italian. However, another great bottle of bubbly is Cava, a dry Spanish sparkling wine.
