Salted Caramel Chocolate Chip Cobbler

Ingredients

  • c flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • tsp cornstarch
  • ½ tsp salt
  • sticks butter melted
  • ½ c sugar
  • ¾ c brown sugar packed
  • 1 egg 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 c chocolate chips
  • bag of rolos
  • salt in a grinder
  • optional: brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix dry ingredients and set aside.
  2. In mixer/mixing bowl, whisk butter, sugar, and brown sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well.
  3. Blend dry ingredients in. Stir in chocolate chips.
  4. Chill dough for at least 2 hours.
  5. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  6. Grease your oven safe baking dish. Crumble dough into dish.
  7. Sprinkle brown sugar & rolos on top. Crack salt on top.
  8. Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown - time will depend on the size of your dish. Serve warm.
