Herb Vinaigrette
How to make a homemade herb vinaigrette dressing. A flavorful and easy salad dressing that can be prepared in just a minute.

Ingredients
⅓
cup
olive oil
¼
cup
white wine vinegar

teaspoons
minced garlic
handful
herbs
fresh; I like using dill, parsley, and/or chives
salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
In a food processor {or mixing bowl if you are chopping your herbs}, combine olive oil, white wine vinegar, garlic and herbs.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Notes
Add this to any of your favorite salads and enjoy.
Make extra and keep it in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
