  • 1/3 c olive oil
  • 1/4 c white wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • large handful of fresh herbs I like using dill, parsley, and or chives
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a food processor {or mixing bowl if you are chopping your herbs}, combine olive oil, white wine vinegar, garlic and herbs.
  2. Salt and pepper to taste.

Recipe Notes

Add this to any of your favorite salads and enjoy. 

Make extra and keep it in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
