Spinach Dip with Cream Cheese

This creamy spinach dip with cream cheese is quick and easy to prepare, making it a great last minute appetizer that feels anything but last minute.

  • 6 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 9 ounces spinach steamable frozen
  • 1 tablespoon onion flakes
  • 2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • pepper fresh cracked
  • 1/3 cup parmesan grated
  • 4 ounce monterey jack cheese grated


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Steam frozen spinach in the microwave according to package instructions and drain excess liquid.
  • Heat cream cheese in the microwave for 1 minute to soften.
  • Combine spinach, cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, onion flakes, garlic, red pepper, parmesan, shredded jack and stir well.
  • Bake uncovered for 10 minutes, stir and serve.



Use fresh cracked pepper set to thick flakes on a pepper grinder for the most flavor.
Add more red pepper flakes to taste.
You can substitute fresh spinach.
Serve with crackers, crostini, chips or veggies.
Enjoy on top of burgers, in a grilled cheese or stuffed chicken.
