  • 6 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 c mayo
  • 1/4 c sour cream
  • 9 oz spinach steamable frozen
  • 1 Tbsp onion flakes
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/8 tsp red pepper
  • pepper fresh cracked
  • 1/3 c parmesan
  • 4 oz monterey jack cheese grated


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Steam frozen spinach in the microwave according to package instructions and drain excess liquid.

  3. Heat cream cheese in the microwave for 1 minute to soften.
  4. Combine spinach, cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, onion flakes, garlic, red pepper, parmesan, shredded jack and stir well.
  5. Bake uncovered for 10 minutes, stir & serve.

Use fresh cracked pepper set to thick flakes on a pepper grinder for the most flavor.

Add more red pepper flakes to taste.

You can substitute fresh spinach.
