Ingredients

chocolate chips
or chocolate melting wafers

sweetened condensed milk

milk

vanilla
Instructions
In a pot over medium heat, melt chocolate. Add sweetened condensed milk and stir until smooth.
Gradually add milk, whisking until smooth.
Whisk in vanilla and serve.
