In a mixer, blender or food processor, whip cream cheese until smooth.
Add scallions, and whip for another minute until complete.

Scallions – Substitute with dried green onions if you prefer.
Mix By Hand – If you don’t have access to a mixer or food processor, use a tub of whipped cream cheese. Because it’s softer and has more air already, it will be significantly easier to mix.
