My Hugo Rosé Spritz is a sweet and bubbly cocktail that is perfect for a girl’s night or pool day. It's a fresh spin on the classic Hugo Spritz cocktail, balancing sparkling rosé, St. Germain, mint and lime.

Garnish with mint sprig and lime wedge.
mint sprig, Lime wedge
Notes
Chill All Ingredients: Ensure your rosé, sparkling water, and St-Germain are well-chilled before mixing.
Stir the mint leaves a bit with your spoon to release the oils - no need to muddle.
For stronger mint and lime flavor, add the wedge of lime to the base of the glass (along with the mint leaves) and stir them together. Then, add ice and pour the ingredients over this base.
Make a Pitcher
Use a full bottle of rosé (approximately 26 ounces), 19.5 ounces (2⅓ cups) of St-Germain and top it with 24 ounces (3 cups) of club soda. Add the rosé and club soda just before serving.
Variations
Rosé Aperol Spritz: Add a splash of Aperol for a slightly bitter, orangey twist.
Berry Rosé Spritz: Use muddled berries (strawberries, raspberries, or blueberries) for a fruity flavor.
Citrus Rosé Spritz: Add slices of lemon, lime, or orange for a zesty kick.
