Pistachio Goat Cheese Spread Recipe
This pistachio goat cheese spread is one of the easiest appetizers you’ll ever make! With just four ingredients and five minutes hands-on time, you’ll have an instant crowd pleaser.

Ingredients

goat cheese
softened
4
ounces
cream cheese
softened
½
cup
pistachios
crushed
½
cup
fig jam
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350℉. Bring goat cheese and cream cheese to room temperature.
Crush pistachios with a fork or knife, or use a food processor to crush them.
In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a whip attachment, whip room temperature cream cheese and goat cheese together until blended, 1-2 minutes.
Spread cheese blend in the bottom of small baking dish.
Top with a layer of fig jam and then crushed pistachios.
Bake for 10 minutes, garnish with fresh herbs if desired, and serve warm with crostini, crackers and more.
