Store Peanut Butter Granola Bars refrigerated in an airtight container for up to one week.Use gluten-free certified oats to make these bars gluten-free.You can make these bars vegan by swapping the honey for maple syrup. I haven't made them this way, but pretty sure they will turn out well! These bars freeze really well. Once the bars have chilled and you have cut them, freeze them in an airtight container with the layers separated by parchment. You can then thaw them at room temperature.
