Champagne vinaigrette is a light and versatile dressing made with champagne vinegar. It's quick, easy and can be made ahead!

Ingredients

Dijon mustard

white granulated sugar

minced garlic

champagne vinegar

extra virgin olive oil

can substitute black pepper
Instructions
Whisk together all of the ingredients.
Toss with greens.

Variations
Make it Creamy
- Add in a couple of tablespoons of mayonnaise.
Tips
Toss dressing with greens just before serving.
Make in a Mason Jar - Add ingredients and shake. You can then pour it right on to your salad or store in the fridge.
