chicken tenders

extra virgin olive oil

cajun seasoning
Instructions
Pour olive oil into a shallow dish or plate. Create a thin layer of cajun seasoning on another plate.
Coat the chicken tenders with olive oil followed by cajun seasoning.
Place a cast iron skillet over medium heat and add tenders. Cook for 4 minutes.
Flip ¼ and cook for 3 minutes or until completely cooked.
