Poached Peaches with Mascarpone Cream

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c half and half {can substitute heavy cream}
  • 4 oz mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 c powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Beat half and half until foamy and thick. Beat in mascarpone until it starts stiffening.
  2. Slowly incorporate powdered sugar. Refrigerate until serving.
