  • 1 c sour cream
  • 1 c mayonnaise
  • 4 oz blue cheese crumbled
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 c green onion chopped
  • pepper to taste


  • Combine all ingredients.
  • Add fresh cracked pepper to taste.
  • Refrigerate until serving. Serve with your favorite chips or veggies.
