  • 1 c butter softened
  • 1 c creamy peanut butter {do not use natural}
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1 c brown sugar packed
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/2 c flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • sea salt


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Cream butter, peanut butter, sugars, vanilla and eggs.
  • Add flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt, stir in.
  • Press dough into greased baking dish.
  • Bake 20 minutes or until desired doneness.


Depending on your dish size, you may not need all the dough. You can freeze the remaining dough to bake later.
Note: I always slightly underbake my cookie cakes.
