Mango Mojito
For a fruity cocktail that is teeming with juicy mango, don't skip this incredible Mango Mojito. It's the best combination of mint, lime and mango for a mojito everyone will want to sip and savor!

Ingredients
½
cup
mango
fresh or frozen, pureed
10
leaves
mint
fresh, extra for garnish
½
lime
quartered into or 2 tablespoons lime juice
2
tablespoons
simple syrup
or 2 teaspoons white granulated or raw sugar
1½
ounces
white rum
½
cup
club soda
Instructions
Create - Mango Puree by pulsing mango in your food processor or blender until completely smooth. Set aside.
Muddle – Combine limes, mint, and sugar or simple syrup in a cocktail shaker and muddle to release the juices and flavors.
Strain – Strain over a cocktail glass.
Pour – Add mango puree, rum, ice, and soda water. Stir.
Garnish – To serve, garnish with lime wedges, sliced mango and mint sprigs.

Variations
Make it Skinny
– Substitute diet lemon lime soda for simple syrup and club soda to reduce calories.
Make a Mojito Float
– The flavor of a mojito combined with lime or mango sorbet or ice cream.
Use vodka, gin or tequila
– Even though rum is the base for a classic mojito, it’s always fun to experiment!
