In a medium mixing bowl or stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, add honey and beat on high 15 minutes. Scrape down the sides every five minutes.

Room Temperature - Whipped honey can be stored in an airtight container in a cool, dark place (pantry or cabinet) for 2-3 weeks. While it will eventually begin to deflate, you can easily re-whip it, as it doesn't go bad.
Refrigerator - You can store your whipped honey in the refrigerator to extend its life, but be sure to use a container with a tight fitting lid to prevent extra moisture. It will eventually solidify.
Freezer - While it is safe to freeze honey, it's not necessary.
