Blueberry Mojito
A blueberry mojito is the freshest, most festive way to enjoy a summertime sip on your patio. No matter the occasion, this is an easy, gorgeous cocktail in a lively pink hue you're going to love.

Ingredients

Blueberries
fresh or frozen, plus more for garnish

Mint
fresh

or 2 tablespoons Lime Juice or ½ Lime
Quartered into Wedges

ounce
or 2 tablespoons Simple Syrup or 2 teaspoons White Granulated or Raw Sugar
1 ½

White Rum

Club Soda
Instructions
Combine blueberries, limes, mint, and sugar or simple syrup in a cocktail shaker and muddle to release the juices and flavors.
Strain over a cocktail glass.
Add rum, ice, and soda water. Stir.
To serve, garnish with lime wedges, more blueberries and mint sprigs.

For Deeper Color
- Use more blueberries for a deeper pink or even purple tint to your cocktail.

2 cups fresh blueberries + more for garnish
2 cups mint leaves, loosely packed (reserve several for garnish)
1 cup simple syrup
4 limes, quartered into wedges
4 cups ice
1½ cups white rum
4 cups club soda or sparkling water
