4ouncesCointreau½ ounce per mimosa (Sub with Triple Sec or Bitters)

Instructions
Prep - Chop fresh herbs, fruits and berries for garnishes. Chill juices and Champagne up to 24 hours ahead. If possible, serve them in a beverage tub filled with ice to stay chilled.
1 bottle Prosecco, 24 ounces Juice
Add stemware, Champagne and juices to your mimosa bar before serving.
To create a mimosa, simply fill each champagne flute with 2-3 ounces fruit juice, and top off with Champagne. Add a splash of orange liqueur or bitters if you'd like.
4 ounces Cointreau
Garnish and celebrate! Cheers!

Choose your favorite Champagne. Dry Prosecco and Cava bottles are also excellent options. Always chill prior to serving.
