Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a jelly roll pan with parchment paper.
Next, line pan with a sleeve of saltine crackers, packed in tight.
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine butter and brown sugar. Stir continuously for about 5 minutes. When it comes to a boil, slowly pour over crackers, spreading with a spatula.
Bake 5 minutes in preheated oven.
While the toffee is in the oven, melt almond bark in a medium mixing bowl (in 30 second increments in the microwave) stirring in between until smooth.
Remove crackers from the oven and cover with melted almond bark, pouring back and forth. Quickly smooth with a spatula.
Immediately top with your favorite Easter candies or sprinkles.
Allow to set. Cut or break into pieces.

Optional: add Easter candy like Cadbury eggs, M&M’s, and pastel sprinkles are great options!For a classic white chocolate saltine toffee, add chopped nuts or flakes of sea salt.
