Ingredients

  • 4 cups fruit
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp vanilla pudding mix

Instructions

  1. in a bowl, pour lemon juice over fruit that browns (like pears and apples) and strain.

  2. Toss fruit in a large bowl to mix thoroughly.  Gradually add in 2 Tbsp vanilla pudding mix.
