In a small bowl or jar, add spices and whisk or shake to combine.
¼ cup dried parsley, 2 tablespoons minced onion, 2 tablespoons dried chives, 2 tablespoons chili powder, 2 tablespoons ground cumin, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 tablespoon sea salt
Use or blend into a fine powder, pulsing in a small food processor until you achieve the desired texture.
Store in an airtight container.

Seal in an airtight container and store in a dark, cool space, pantry or spice cabinet. Note: A traditional packet yields approximately 2½ tablespoons.
