Strawberry Lemon Mimosa Recipe

Ingredients

ounce
strawberry puree
(2-3 pureed strawberries per mimosa)
2
ounces
lemonade
3
ounces
Champagne
or Prosecco
Optional garnish
Sliced strawberry or lemon slice
Instructions
Strawberry puree: in a food processor, add hulled and washed strawberries and puree into a smooth paste.
In a glass, add strawberry puree, followed by lemonade.
Top off with champagne or prosecco.
Garnish with a fresh strawberry, sliced lemon or pretty fresh flower. Enjoy immediately.
