Ingredients

cake layers in the flavor of your choice

heavy cream
8
ounces
mascarpone cheese
1
cup
powdered sugar
(confectioner's sugar)
Instructions
Lightly freeze your cake layers.
In a large mixing bowl, beat heavy cream until soft peaks form.
Blend in mascarpone cream.
Blend in powdered sugar to taste.
Remove cake layers from freezer & slice each cake in half.
Place your first layer on your serving dish, cover with cream & alternate.
Top with cherries or berries.
Notes
