A mimosa is such a classic celebratory cocktail! Learn how to make a grapefruit mimosa for a fun, flavorful twist on this longtime favorite. Champagne and grapefruit juice are best friends!

Ingredients

ounces
Prosecco
(Or your favorite Champagne or sparkling wine)
3
ounces
Grapefruit Juice
(Fresh squeezed is best)
Optional
½
ounce
Cointreau
(Sub with Triple Sec or Bitters)

slice
fresh grapefruit
for garnish
Instructions
Fill champagne glass halfway with grapefruit juice. Top with chilled Champagne or Prosecco.
If you’d like, add a touch of orange liqueur or bitters.
Garnish with a slice of fresh grapefruit. Enjoy immediately.
Notes
Choose your favorite Champagne. Dry Prosecco and Cava are great options. Always chill prior to serving mimosas!
