Ingredients

pasta
any type

boursin
(about a 5.3 ounce package)
Instructions
Bring a pot of water to a boil over high heat.
Prepare pasta al dente.
Drain pasta and return to pot.
Over low heat, toss pasta with boursin. Serve immediately.
Optional: Garnish with fresh chives, basil, thyme or parsley.

Prep
– This recipe is incredibly quick so prep first by crumbling your Boursin and chopping your herbs.
Don’t Overheat
– Lower heat is always better for creating that creamy sauce to avoid separation and scalding.
