Add mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic and salt and pepper to the fitted bowl of your food processor. Puree in 30 second increments until completely combined.
Remove aioli mixture from the food processor to a bowl. Add chopped bacon, saving a little for a topping. Add more salt and pepper to taste.
