Spring Mix Salad
This spring mix salad is the perfect crowd-pleasing side for holiday gatherings and barbecues. It's an easy way to upgrade a bag of spring mix salad, and it's beautiful to serve, too.

Ingredients

spring mix

cup
strawberries
sliced
⅓
cup
blueberries

cup
candied walnuts
¼
cup
blue cheese
crumbled
Champagne Vinaigrette

tablespoon
Dijon mustard

tablespoons
white granulated sugar
1
teaspoon
minced garlic
or 1 clove minced
½
cup
champagne vinegar
1½
cups
olive oil
½
teaspoon
salt
½
teaspoon
white pepper
can substitute black pepper
Instructions
Spin the spring mix and chop the other ingredients.
Add the salad ingredients to a bowl and toss.
Combine dressing ingredients in a jar and shake or whisk together. Toss desired amount with spring salad mix.

Notes
Dry lettuce will help prevent wilting. Wash the leaves but then use a spinner to get rid of as much moisture as you can.
