Fruit Pizza icing

This fruit pizza icing is such an easy and quick recipe and is the perfect topping for your dessert pizza. It's also great on cookies and so many other bakes!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl with beater, combine ingredients until smooth.

Notes

  • You can make this fruit pizza icing in a stand mixer or mix it by hand. Just make sure that all of the ingredients are well combined so you have a smooth icing.
  • This icing is best when you use a full fat cream cheese, but you can substitute it with low fat if you prefer, it will still work well.
  • Use a block of cream cheese not a cream cheese spread. Spread contains too much liquid and can result in a runny icing.
