Notes

It's so easy to turn this oatmeal cookie shot recipe into a boozy shake that's perfect for dessert! My two-ingredient no churn vanilla ice cream is a delicious pairing for the ingredients in the Oatmeal Cookie cocktail.
  • All amounts in this recipe remain the same, simply add one cup of ice cream and other ingredients into blender.
  • Blend and serve in a rimmed glass.
  • Don’t have ice cream available? 2% or whole milk will work.
  • Don’t enjoy the heat of cinnamon schnapps? Butterscotch schnapps provides a vanilla and brown sugar flavor that can easily substitute.
