Ingredients

butter

cup
creamy peanut butter
1
cup
white granulated sugar

cup
brown sugar
packed

teaspoon
vanilla

eggs
2 1/2

all-purpose flour

teaspoon
baking powder
1 1/2
teaspoon
baking soda
1/2
teaspoon
salt
Instructions
Cream butter, peanut butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla until smooth.
Beat in eggs until just incorporated.
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Gradually blend into peanut butter mixture.
Roll into dough balls. Optional: roll in brown sugar.
Refrigerate dough 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Press dough balls onto cookie sheet with the back of a fork.
Top with sea salt.
Bake 8-10 minutes.
Notes
Add chocolate chips, nuts or Reese's Pieces.
