Marsala Meatballs

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/3 c bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • pepper
  • 2 bags Campbell's marsala skillet sauce


  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, egg and pepper well.
  • Roll into 2 inch balls. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and bake for 25 minutes. Check on the meatballs for desired doneness.
  • Meanwhile, in a large skillet on medium low, warm skillet sauce.
  • Add meatballs and cover with lid. Allow to marinate on low 5-10 minutes.
  • Serve over a bed of pasta or as an appetizer!
