Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, egg and pepper well.
Roll into 2 inch balls. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and bake for 25 minutes. Check on the meatballs for desired doneness.
Meanwhile, in a large skillet on medium low, warm skillet sauce.
Add meatballs and cover with lid. Allow to marinate on low 5-10 minutes.
Serve over a bed of pasta or as an appetizer!
