In a large mixing bowl or stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, combine milk, vanilla and hot chocolate mix.
Add clean snow until you reach the desired consistency.
Enjoy immediately or freeze.

You never know what kind of snow you're going to get! If needed, freeze your snow for a few minutes first. If you have a dry snow, you may need to add a little more milk or cream. Adjust until you achieve the right consistency.
If it is too runny, add more snow or freeze until it solidifies.
Be sure to blend hot chocolate into milk mixture first to help the sugar dissolve so it doesn't result in a gritty dessert.
Make your mixture first before bringing in snow as it will quickly melt. You can always pop it in the freezer, if needed.
